Supervision for Mindfulness Teachers & psychotherapists integrating mindfulness and embodiment
Mindfulness supervision provides a reflective space to support facilitator issues and client relationships within your professional practice, whether you are a mindfulness teacher, clinician or therapist integrating mindfulness and embodiment into your work.
I will support you in learning skills, investigating intentions, exploring areas of confusion and uncertainty, finding appropriate questions, examining interventions and developing interpersonal and self-care skills in a compassionate field of awareness.
Mindfulness and embodiment in supervision supports learning how to be fully present to one’s own inner and outer relational experience with a view to clients learning corresponding skills.
I bring over 14 years as a psychotherapist and teaching mindfulness to a diverse range of people in different contexts, including in hospitals, day centres, universities, with non-profits and to the general public. I have a diploma in psychotherapy supervision (Roehampton University) and a certificate in mindfulness supervision (Bangor University).
60min Skype sessions are available £100/$130.
