One to One Mindfulness Sessions. 

Individual mindfulness tuition is available internationally via Skype.

This may be suitable for anyone who cannot join an in-person group and would like individual guidance.  Session content can be tailored to meet your personal needs.

By developing mindfulness you can experience more openness, kindness and clarity, and maintain a calmer, more peaceful way of being.

Via Skype: £100/$130 per hour for individuals

Full payment must be made in advance
